- Time limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Credit usage: If you have consumed more than 10% of the credits included in your purchase or subscription cycle, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Subscription renewals: Refund requests for automatic subscription renewals must be submitted within 3 days of the renewal charge.
- Lifetime plans: Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a refund only within 7 days of purchase and only if fewer than 10% of the included credits have been used.
Refunds are not available for:
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Partial usage of a subscription period (e.g., canceling mid-month does not entitle you to a prorated refund, but you retain access until the end of the billing period).
